San Antonio’s largest advertising agency has extended it’s building lease for another six years at the Northwest Center office building at the crossroads of West Interstate 10 and Loop 410.
In addition to extending our lease, The PM Group offices will undergo an extensive remodeling of their existing office space in 2023.
“We have called the Northwest Center our home since August 2005. This will be our fourth lease extension as the agency continues to grow,” stated agency President and Chief Operating Officer, Fran Yanity.
The PM Group, its five sister companies, and three nonprofits are the largest tenant in the building with offices on the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth floors of the building. Quarter Moon Productions, CSAV, Noisy Trumpet Digital & Public Relations, Nnovative Marketing, Texas Yes Project and the Puppy Food Bank are all tenants at the 7550 W Interstate 10 building.
“We have seen our ad agency and other related business interests grow dramatically since we moved to this building over 18 years ago and look forward to another six great years,” stated Bob Wills, The PM Group’s Founder and CEO.
About The PM Group: The PM Group was launched in 1988 by our CEO & Founder Bob Wills. Now in our 35th year, the agency has continued to grow and is San Antonio’s largest advertising agency under the leadership of President and COO Fran Yanity. The PM Group’s client roster spans numerous industries including home services, automotive, CPG, entertainment and sports marketing, legal, business services, non-profits, real estate and fitness. For two consecutive years now, the agency has set annual revenue records with the addition of six new clients and through the continued success of our existing clients. Additionally, the agency hosts their annual Charity Gala that to date has raised millions of dollars for local San Antonio and South Texas area non-profit organizations. In 2021 alone, the agency donated over $1,800,000 to local non-profits. It is our way of giving back to the community that we so humbly serve.
